On the 19th of December 2024, the Lionel Wendt Theatre came alive with holiday spirit, wit, and wisdom as "Deck the What" took the stage. A series of Christmas-themed short plays, the production was a vibrant mix of humour, satire, and heartfelt moments.

Featuring a powerhouse cast of veteran actors including Thushara Hettihamu, Shanuki de Alwis, Amandha Amarasekara, Kovindu De Seram, and Danu Innasithamby, the show drew full houses and full hearts. Written by Angelo Pereira along with several cast members and directed by Angelo himself, the production raised funds that directly supported Sevalanka Foundation's ongoing development initiatives. 

Beyond the laughs and festive cheer, "Deck the What" reminded audiences of the deeper spirit of giving and the importance of supporting communities in need.
